I’m committed to protecting your privacy. As a mobile Central Coast makeup artist, the personal information I collect helps me deliver a safe, well-prepared and personalised service — this policy explains what I collect, why, and how it’s handled.

Depending on how you interact with me, I may collect:
- Contact details: name, email address and phone number
- Booking information: event date, event type, and any details you share about your appointment
- Health-related information: allergies, skin sensitivities or medical conditions relevant to product safety, disclosed at booking
- Photographs: only where you’ve given specific, occasion-by-occasion permission (see my Terms & Conditions)
- Website usage data: collected automatically via cookies, including pages visited and general location (city-level), through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel
I collect personal information directly from you via my website contact form, my Calendly booking page, email, phone or in person. Website usage data is collected automatically when you browse my site.
I use your personal information to: respond to enquiries and confirm bookings; select safe, suitable products for your skin; communicate with you about your appointment; and, where relevant, showcase my work with your specific consent. Website usage data helps me understand how people find and use my site, and supports my advertising through Google and Meta.
My website uses cookies via Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand visitor behaviour and measure the performance of my advertising. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type and pages viewed. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so won’t affect your ability to browse the site or make an enquiry.
I don’t sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with the third-party services that help me run my business:
- Calendly — to manage appointment bookings
- Google Analytics — to understand website traffic
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — to measure and improve my advertising

Your information is stored securely using reputable, password-protected platforms (including my booking and email systems) and is only accessible to me. I take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss or unauthorised access.
As outlined in my Terms & Conditions, I ask individually and specifically before using any photograph of you in my portfolio, on my website or on social media. You’re free to say no at any time without it affecting your service, and you can ask me to remove a previously shared photo at any time.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in my practices or legal obligations. The version published on this website at any given time is the version that applies.
